French Links Tours 2010 Fees French Links Cancellation Policy If you have to cancel your trip two months prior to your scheduled tour, French Links Tours, Italian Links Tours, British Links Tours and European Jewish Tours provides a 50% refund. One month or less notice before your scheduled tour, there is no refund. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance prior to the planning of your trip. All programs require a 50% minimum deposit and must be paid in full prior to the party's arrival. All programs booked 6 months to 1 year in advance require minimum 50% minimum deposit and must be paid in full prior to the parties arrival. All programs booked in this calendar year (2010) must be paid in full prior to the party’s arrival.
Travel Consulting Services All customized tours with French Links that require organization, phone work and travel development, require an upfront non-refundable planning fee starting at 250€. 150€ Minimum Fee for restaurant reservations, tickets to concerts, etc. 500€ Minimum Fee for in-depth research, planning and trip itineraries. Fees payable in advance.

Deluxe Concierge Service All customers who require French Links Tours to purchase train tickets, rent vehicles, and organize complex itineraries over several destinations, can count on us for making these arrangements in record time. French Links Tours can also arrange for helicopter and private plane rides, the rental of exclusive sports cars, private chefs and much more. For those with dietary restrictions, we are happy to accommodate you. We can make special arrangements for kosher, vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free diets, as needed. French Links Tours can also help you avoid long lines by providing pre-paid tickets and museum passes to the Louvre, Versailles, the Musée d’Orsay, and the Musée de l’Orangerie among other sites. These tickets will be delivered to your hotel in a welcome kit that will be given to you upon check in. Starting in November 2009 we will be able to provide pre-paid tickets to the Eiffel Tower as well. Please note there are concierge and planning fees associated with making these arrangements: • 150€ Restaurant and transportation booking in one city. Plus 150€ per additional city. • 750-2000€ For complex itineraries involving several destinations. • 100-500€ On-site concierge fee for last minute itinerary changes and additions after you have already arrived or within one week of your arrival.
Professional / Small Business Shopping Tours for Boutique Owners, Decorators, Designers... • Daily rate of 1,200 € includes organization of appointments, research, negotiation and shipping arrangements. Transportation is either by train, minivan or chauffeured vehicle. We will provide a price quote depending on your needs and itinerary. All tours are payable in advance. We accept checks in U.S. dollars or payment by credit card using our secure server and your card will be charged the daily exchange rate in euros.
